Project Manager
Locations: London
Industry: Facilities Management & Real Estate
A leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management is recruiting a Project Manager to join their team in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities while ensuring delivery of contractual commitments.
- Exploit strategic development opportunities to boost turnover and profitability.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify, reduce, and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health & safety, commercial, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety standards across all company and subcontractor activities.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality solutions while managing risk.
- Collaborate with operational managers to support project development.
- Develop project financial plans to drive revenue and profit delivery.
- Ensure positive cash flow through agreed payment schedules and timely invoicing/payment applications.
- Manage project delivery within budget and maximise profit via cost reductions and efficient procurement of subcontractor services.
- Implement appropriate control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
- Promote and uphold the organisation’s core values.
- Support the sales process through solution development, presentations, and consultation meetings.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent.
- Proven Project Management experience in Office Fit Out.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent client-facing abilities.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing installations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated logical thinking, analytical skills, judgment, and initiative.
- Strong ** organisational skills** with an ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels.
- Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
