Project Manager, Capital Works
£75,000 plus packag
e I am working on a great opportunity for a Project Manager, Capital Works to join a leading building services team on a major healthcare estate in Londo n.This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the project, working with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and taking ownership of design and construction delivery across significant capital work s.You will be responsible for leading day to day project delivery, managing design coordination, supporting procurement, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standar d.Healthcare project experience would be highly beneficial, particularly within live environments where communication, planning and stakeholder management are ke y.A strong understanding of the Building Safety Act is also important, including duty holder responsibilities, higher risk buildings, safety case principles and the golden thread of building safety informatio
