Role Description
This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Greater London with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of learning platform projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. The role involves working closely with content creators, product, and operations to align project activities with AMDARI’s strategic goals, while continuously optimizing processes and documentation. The Project Manager will also support logistics and coordination activities related to project rollout, implementation, and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project components and effective follow-up with internal and external parties.
- Inspection skills to review project outputs, templates, and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
