Role Overview

Ensure projects are clearly defined, appropriately specified, and competitively priced, supported by all required surveys. Prepare and issue comprehensive project handover documentation to the Project Delivery Team.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

  • Maintain full compliance with the client's Management System, including all QHSE policies and procedures.

Service Delivery

  • Develop clear project scopes, specifications, and cost plans, ensuring all necessary surveys are completed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to support access arrangements and programme delivery.
  • Ensure projects are specified and tendered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Produce Pre-Construction Information packs in line with CDM Regulations.
  • Provide complete and accurate handover documentation to the Project Delivery Team.
  • Adhere to the client's management system processes, including Lifecycle, Change Management, Project Management, and Procurement.
  • Plan and programme works to minimise disruption to services and customers.
  • Assess tender submissions for compliance and value for money.

  • NQF Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification.
  • Industry-recognised qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
