Role Description

The Project Manager will oversee property management projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to plan project activities, allocate resources, and manage timelines.

  • Preparing schedules

  • Resolving issues that may impact delivery

The Project Manager will also:

  • Monitor quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Prepare project documentation and reports
  • Support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to best practices in property management processes

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management for organizing and optimizing the movement and storage of resources
  • Inspection experience, with the ability to assess work quality, safety, and compliance on-site
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and with clients
  • Proven experience in property management, construction, facilities management, or a related field
  • Relevant academic qualification or professional certification in project management, property management, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency with project management and office software tools (e.g., MS Office, project planning software)
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and adapt to changing project needs
