Project Manager Location: Lincoln (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
Spencer Ogden are supporting our client in their search for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in engineering, manufacturing or industrial project delivery who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working closely with customers, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of engineering projects from sales handover through to final customer handover, acting as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. You'll work closely with engineering, procurement, commercial and operations teams to ensure projects progress smoothly while proactively managing risks, schedules and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion.
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal engineering, commercial, procurement and operations teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and key milestones.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to customer expectations.

A technical engineering background is beneficial, however not required, as full product training will be provided.
