Project Manager

Location: Hampshire, Somerset, Devon / Hybrid (Flexible)
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and autonomous Project Manager to join a fast-growing, multi-site engineering group. Operating at the forefront of precision casting, machining, and fabrication, the business works with high-spec global industries including defense, aerospace, energy, and medical performance sectors.

As the group expands, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving group-wide operational alignment and leading key commercial onboarding initiatives.

Role Overview

Written with flexibility in mind, this position requires a self-starter who excels at working independently. Specific manufacturing or engineering industry background is not required — strong, structured project management fundamentals and transferable delivery experience are what truly matter.

The successful candidate will operate across two core focus areas:

  • Group Integration & Standardisation: Driving the alignment of processes, operational systems, and best practices across multiple group entities to support scalable growth.
  • Commercial & Business Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end commercial onboarding of new clients and integrating new revenue lines seamlessly into standard operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
