Project Manager – Hinkley Point C at Mace

The Project
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager working at our Hinkley Point C (HPC) site, one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for the direction and leadership of all activities associated with the full life cycle (design, manufacture and supply) delivery of a contract or work package. This ensures planning and delivery adhere to all safety, quality, time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the Project. Success in this role involves leading multi-discipline teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract delivery, resolving risks, issues and escalations
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims and changes
- Oversee supply chain performance, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety
- Maintain aligned, integrated Level 3 schedules
- Coordinate site readiness for seamless delivery
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and produce robust commercial reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Engage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and execution

What You’ll Need
- Proven track record in delivering complex, regulated environments, maintaining strict safety, security and environmental standards
- Strong leadership across EPCM projects, contracts, procurement and commercial management
- Expertise in cost, risk, schedule and change control using EVM principles
- Proficient stakeholder engagement, communication and contractor management within NEC/FIDIC frameworks
