Project Manager
Field Based | UK Travel | £Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK leisure and entertainment business to recruit a Project Manager within their Product Implementation team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised brand with a large multi-site estate, delivering a variety of refurbishment, installation, relocation and transformation projects across the UK. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. The role is responsible for managing gaming product installation and refurbishment projects across a national estate and leading a team of Project Technicians.
The Role:
Reporting into a senior leadership team, you will:
- Deliver multiple projects across a UK-wide portfolio
- Manage refurbishment, installation, relocation, and rollout programs
- Lead and develop a team of 5 field-based Engineers / Project Technicians
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholder relationships
- Oversee project budgets and capital expenditure
- Coordinate technical surveys, project documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

This is a predominantly field-based role, with travel across the UK required to support projects and operational teams. UK travel and overnight stays are expected as required by the business.
About You:
We're interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Strong project management experience in a multi-site environment
- Previous line management experience
- Experience leading field-based or operational teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
