Join the UK's leading provider of professional role players
Professional Role Players (PRP) is the UK's leading provider of professional role players, supporting healthcare education, examinations and training for over 28 years.
Working with medical schools, Royal Colleges, NHS organisations, regulators and healthcare providers across the UK and internationally, we deliver thousands of simulated patient sessions each year across face-to-face and online environments through our digital platform, Osler Online.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing operations team in a hybrid role, combining office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.
Please note: This is not an IT, software or technical project management role. It is a fast-paced operational delivery position focused on managing client projects, coordinating people and resources, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
If you enjoy working with people, solving operational challenges, juggling multiple priorities and delivering outstanding client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Every day is different.
You'll manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating freelance role players, managing client accounts and working with a small operations team to deliver high-quality healthcare education and examination programmes across the UK.
You'll take ownership of designated client accounts from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and with exceptional customer service.
This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so we're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, solutions-focused and enjoys taking ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
