About Us:
Join a fast-growing law firm transforming group litigation.
KP Law is not your typical law firm. We believe what we are doing is unique in the Group Action claim space and sets us apart from our competitors.
We represent more than 500,000 clients across large-scale group action claims, combining legal expertise, smart processes and cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional outcomes and client experiences.
We’re now looking for a Project Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth leading high-impact projects, shaping the way we work, and helping deliver a best-in-class claims platform.
If you enjoy solving problems, leading collaborative teams, and delivering meaningful change in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Why join KP Law as a Project Manager?
At KP Law we manage project delivery differently to traditional methods. We are constantly learning, evolving, and delivering new and innovative pieces of work. This often means projects don't have a pre-defined path based on previous projects, so it's important you are comfortable with being able to work with colleagues to quickly understand what is required and how to plan and deliver it at pace, self-learn and find solutions to new challenges.
You will lead delivery squads working on projects that directly impact how we serve hundreds of thousands of clients. You will work alongside talented legal, operational and technology teams, helping shape both our platform and the future of group litigation.
At KP Law, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead exciting claim delivery and technology projects
- Work with best-in-class technology products including Salesforce, Generative & Agentic AI, client mobile apps and other 3rd party integrated software tools
- Influence how we develop our project management and delivery practices
- Collaborate with passionate people who genuinely want to make a difference
- Add to your CV experience through exposure to different project types in a growing, ambitious business
Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be part of our Business Solutions team alongside Business Analysts, Developers and Data Specialists. Together, the team delivers the platform that underpins our legal and operational services by combining people, process and technology to support large-scale claims management and client delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
