Project Manager – Platform Migration & Payments Transformation
Basildon, UK (5 Days Onsite)
Long-Term Contract initially start with 6 months

We are currently working with a leading global fintech organization that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transformation programs within a fast-paced payments environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered large-scale platform migrations (Platform A to Platform B) and has strong experience managing payments transformation projects within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation projects.
- Manage Platform A to Platform B migration programmes, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive payments transformation initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define project scope, governance, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Proven experience delivering platform migration projects (Platform A to Platform B).
- Strong background managing payments transformation programs.
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills.
