IT Change Project Manager – HSE Implementation

London Hybrid working available 6-Month Contract Outside IR35 – Competitive Day Rate

We're looking for an experienced IT Change Project Manager to lead a major Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) technology implementation programme. Currently at the RFI stage, this role will be instrumental in driving the vendor selection process, establishing project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of a strategic HSE platform across the organisation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and third-party suppliers while ensuring alignment between operational requirements and technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme and play a key role in delivering a critical business system that supports compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
