Job Title: Project Consultant
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office)
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus benefits
Overview:
Our client is a growing B2B technology consultancy that supports organisations with the successful delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives. They are looking to appoint additional Project Consultants to strengthen their delivery capability.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of technology-driven projects while working alongside experienced consultants in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role would suit those with a technical background as well as project management / delivery experience, who enjoys working closely with engineering teams while developing their skills in project delivery and consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of digital / technology projects (App, Web/eCom, CRM) across multiple client engagements.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project requirements and delivery milestones are clearly understood.
- Help manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support senior consultants and project managers in coordinating project activities and maintaining delivery documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practice.
- Independent management of small client-side projects.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a project coordination, project management, or delivery-focused role.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in project delivery and consulting.

Desirable:
- Previous experience working within technology consulting, digital delivery, or software development environments.
- Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- A technical background or strong understanding of software development environments.
