Project Manager | £50,000 - £60,000 | Hybrid | Financial
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex technology projects? We're working with an organisation investing heavily in technology transformation and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, networking and security.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-impact projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders and play a key role in delivering strategic change across a modern enterprise environment.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with business leaders, technical teams and third-party suppliers, you'll ensure projects deliver measurable business value while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Establish governance, reporting and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers.
- Support organisational change by ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Ensure projects comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements and delivery standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by promoting best practices across project delivery.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
- Strong background managing infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, end-user computing or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience delivering projects involving technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or Palo Alto is highly desirable.
- Previous experience within Financial Services or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable success delivering multi-disciplinary projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working alongside PMO teams and within structured governance environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile or equivalent project management certifications are desirable.
