Experience required…

Essential:

  • Flood Protection Scheme experience.
  • Experience of contractual or commercial management.
  • Site supervision and experience
  • NEC 3 / 4 experience
  • Understanding of health and safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements for maintenance schemes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Knowledge and application of the TSRGD, DMRB, and MCHW for maintenance schemes.
  • Assessment and verification of measured quantities in line with MCHW and contractual requirements.
