Experience required…
Essential:
- Flood Protection Scheme experience.
- Experience of contractual or commercial management.
- Site supervision and experience
- NEC 3 / 4 experience
- Understanding of health and safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements for maintenance schemes.
- Good communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.

Desirable:
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge and application of the TSRGD, DMRB, and MCHW for maintenance schemes.
- Assessment and verification of measured quantities in line with MCHW and contractual requirements.
