As we continue to grow and deliver ambitious strategic initiatives across our organisation, we're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to help drive business-critical projects that support our people, customers, and long-term success. If you're passionate about delivering change, building strong stakeholder relationships, and turning strategic plans into reality, there's a place for you here.

Location: Alcester / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £54,000

As our Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering key cross-functional projects across Helping Hands. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with senior leaders, Executive Sponsors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll help shape and embed project management best practice, providing visibility of progress and ensuring strategic initiatives remain aligned with organisational goals. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change across the business, work with senior stakeholders, and make a lasting impact on the future success of one of the UK's leading care providers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the delivery of transformational cross-functional projects and complex business initiatives from planning through to implementation.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
  • Establishing project plans, governance structures, reporting frameworks, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitoring project performance, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear accountability and strong collaboration across departments.
  • Identifying project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans, and escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed governance and assurance frameworks.
  • Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practice into future projects.
  • Supporting benefits realisation by ensuring project outcomes are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
