Project Manager
Project Manager with Financial Services Experience
Location: Hybrid – Leadenhall Market / Home (with travel to Salisbury) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: £55k–£60k (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business and tech projects.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Budget & Risk Management:
- Manage project budgets, resources, and dependencies.
- Ensure transparency and accountability, reporting progress to leadership and private equity (PE) sponsors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate teams across departments to align on project goals.
- Enhance communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Operational Support:
- Partner with tech and data teams on system implementation, migrations, and integrations.
- Support new product launches, ensuring readiness for operations, compliance, and customer experience.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify lessons learned and implement best practices in project management.
- Train and guide project coordinators and team members.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects (preferably in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries).
- Hands-on experience delivering technology-enabled change (e.g., platform implementations, data migrations, product rollouts).
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project).

- Desirable:
- Experience in PE-backed or fast-growth environments where agile prioritisation is critical.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum Master).
