Translation Project Manager (Remote) – Permanent Contract

The Translation People (TTP) is an award-winning language services provider whose goal is to help organisations communicate across languages and cultures. Headquartered in Manchester, with offices across the UK, France, Germany and Spain, we support international clients worldwide through a global network of professional linguists and innovative language technology. About the role As a Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of international clients, maintaining client relationships and further developing business with our clients. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully from quotation through to final invoicing. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, production teams, and linguists, ensuring requirements are understood and that we provide efficient and innovative solutions.

What we're looking for We are looking for a Project Manager with strong customer service skills and proven experience within the translation industry.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the translation/localisation industry.
  • English at native or professional proficiency level.
  • A degree in Translation Studies, Modern Languages, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong knowledge of MemoQ (experience with other CAT tools is an advantage).
