Role Overview
At Unreal, we create experiences that people remember. From brand activations and live events to immersive installations and experiential campaigns, we deliver projects that connect audiences with brands in meaningful ways.
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of experiential projects from concept through to completion. You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, take ownership of multiple projects, and be equally comfortable managing client relationships, suppliers, budgets, and onsite delivery. This role requires someone with a positive, solutions-focused mindset who is happy to roll up their sleeves—no task is too big or too small when it comes to delivering exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns, live events, and brand activations from initial briefing through planning, production, and final delivery.
- Work closely with clients, internal creative and production teams, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Take ownership of project timelines, critical paths, and key milestones, ensuring deadlines are met across all workstreams.
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Client Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Confidently present project updates, production plans, and delivery schedules to clients and stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
