About Aquazone & the RSE Group
At Aquazone, we are a market-leading provider of off-site manufactured Chemical Dosing Systems, part of the RSE Group, a trusted clean water technology company.
Established in 1995, Aquazone has grown to become a key player in the water treatment sector, delivering Chemical Dosing Systems, framework solutions, and bespoke water treatment solutions across the UK. With an established fleet of temporary bulk storage and dosing systems, off-site fabrication capabilities, and multiple framework agreements with leading UK water authorities, we continue to expand our operations.
Now, we’re searching for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at our Great Yarmouth offices.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects in line with Aquazone’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, budget management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, defining goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Engage and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring needs are addressed and expectations are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal delays or negative impacts.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching for collaborative success.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring deliveries stay within financial constraints.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide regular project updates, including risk, issue, and progress reports.
- Manage scope, timelines, and budget changes, documenting and securing stakeholder approvals.
- Conduct project reviews to implement lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- A degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in project management, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Essential: Experience using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
- Preferred: Familiarity with the NEC 4 Option A contract.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and deliver clear, concise project updates.
- Financial management expertise for budget development and monitoring.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management to ensure strong collaborations.
- Analytical reporting skills to track progress, identify risks, and communicate effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
