Project Manager (Trade & Transaction Reporting) - £500 - £550 Per Day – 6 Months – Investment Banking

Overview:

A large global Investment Banking organisation are searching for an experienced Project Manager with specific experience around Trade & Transaction Reporting to join one of their growing teams in London on a hybrid basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the delivery of complex Trade & Transaction Reporting (TTR) regulatory change initiatives within a large-scale global programme.
  • Managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing regional delivery teams, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Regulatory Change to deliver mandatory regulatory requirements within fixed deadlines.
  • This is a highly visible role requiring strong programme leadership, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving delivery across multiple workstreams and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trade & Transaction Reporting projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, quality and regulatory commitments are met.
  • Manage and prioritise a portfolio of regulatory change initiatives, balancing programme objectives, stakeholder priorities, budgets and compliance deadlines.
  • Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Regulatory Change teams to assess the impact of new regulatory requirements and define effective delivery plans.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance, including project plans, RAID logs, financial tracking, resource forecasting, status reporting and steering committee materials.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving decision-making, managing expectations and providing clear reporting on delivery progress, risks and dependencies.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and interdependencies, ensuring effective escalation and resolution to maintain programme delivery.
  • Lead and develop Project Managers and Business Analysts, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Support the successful implementation of change, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual and the realisation of programme benefits.
