We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a two-year fixed-term contract, delivering high-profile construction projects across Scotland and London.
This is a site-based role where you will take ownership of a specific project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Accommodation and travel expenses will be provided where required.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the overall delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, oversee project performance, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and programme changes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage project costs, reporting, and contract administration.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and contracts.
- Strong planning, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS and CSCS card are desirable.
