Project Manager – Renewable Energy & Retrofit Systems

About Climate Insulation Limited

Climate Insulation Limited is an Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) installation and retrofit project delivery business, active since 2009. We specialise in delivering EEMs, dwelling retrofit improvements, heating-related measures, and insulation. Fully TrustMark-registered and accredited under PAS 2030/2035, we are expanding into renewable energy and electrical systems, including:

  • Solar PV installations
  • Battery storage solutions
  • EV chargers
  • Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) project delivery

The role spans existing EEM and retrofit projects, alongside the growth into sustainable energy solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and deliver retrofit, renewable energy, and electrical system projects from initial planning and survey stages through to completion, handover, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, team coordination, technical oversight, quality control, and documentation, ensuring seamless project delivery while supporting the company’s expansion into clean energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Develop project budgets, timelines, work schedules, and resource plans based on customer, survey, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams, including installers, subcontractors, suppliers, surveyors, and engineers, to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Manage site access, customer appointments, installer schedules, and material requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
