Digital Transformation | AI | Hybrid

Are you a Digital Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex digital projects from concept to launch?

We're partnering with an established digital agency that helps UK brands build innovative digital products, web applications, AI-powered solutions, and scalable technology platforms. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a technically-minded Project Manager to join their collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to work on genuinely exciting digital transformation programmes, where you’ll have ownership, influence, and the chance to shape how projects are delivered.


Responsibilities

  • Leads the delivery of digital transformation and software development projects
  • Manages project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Acts as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Runs workshops, gathers requirements, and translates business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Works closely with UX designers, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
  • Supports the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and automate business processes
  • Manages risks, reports project progress, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (from discovery through to delivery and ongoing support)
  • Experience working with technical teams across web, software, or digital product development
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
