Project Manager

The Pitch

It's a fun job with a great team. You’ll speak to a lot of scientists and innovators.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic self-starter to run projects on our experts platform focused on science, technology and innovation challenges. We are looking for someone smart and detail-orientated to ensure we continue to keep all our moving parts moving.

We need someone who thrives on operational excellence and problem solving, is naturally social and who builds relationships and can make sure our community of scientists and engineers feel supported and inspired. You should thrive on thinking fast, getting your hands dirty and keeping a cool head, holding it all together for the team.

You’re a great communicator, whether it’s reporting progress on the projects you lead or briefing the research teams. You’re naturally curious and enthusiastic about science and technology.

This is a permanent role for outstanding candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Play a critical role working closely with our Client Services team, supporting the delivery of client projects by managing the workflow provided by science and technology experts.
  • Plan projects, including writing project briefs.
  • Directly resource and manage virtual teams of many contributors.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects.
  • Monitor schedules and budgets.
  • Implement and improve processes and workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
