Little Shadow is a hybrid studio specializing in bespoke graphics, visual effects, and animation for leading brands and industry partners. The team has been crafting high-quality visuals for over two decades, combining strong design sensibilities with robust production pipelines and processes. Based in the London Area, United Kingdom, Little Shadow operates as a small, agile team that can quickly respond to changing industry needs and technologies. The studio focuses on staying at the forefront of technological innovation while maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the production process. Collaboration with clients and partners is central to Little Shadow’s approach and success.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of graphics, visual effects, and animation projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion. The role involves:

  • Managing communication with internal teams and clients
  • Organizing review cycles
  • Ensuring quality standards are met at each stage of production

The Project Manager will also:

  • Support logistics planning
  • Monitor risks
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance studio efficiency and client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate workflows, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, studio workflows, and production pipelines effectively.
  • Inspection skills to review work against quality standards, technical requirements, and client expectations.
  • Experience in creative, post-production, or visual effects environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with common production tools and software.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients are required.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, media production, or a related field is preferred.
