Transformation Project Manager
12-Month FTC, Hybrid (2 days on-site), Staffordshire/Derbyshire
We are partnered with a well-known UK retail and hospitality brand that is undergoing a significant digital transformation. As part of this journey, they're expanding their transformation team and are looking to hire three Project Managers to support a range of high-profile digital initiatives.
About the Role
These roles are ideal for experienced Project Managers with a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes from initiation through to successful completion. Two positions will focus on Marketing Technology, while the third will lead projects across Mobile App and Website initiatives.

- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end across the full project lifecycle
- Strong background working on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Experience within retail or hospitality is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience managing and coordinating third-party suppliers
What you'll be doing:
- Lead projects through every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring appropriate governance and securing project board approvals where required
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, documenting these clearly throughout the project
- Develop and present business cases supported by cost-benefit analysis
- Partner with senior stakeholders and Business Analysts to gather requirements, define business needs, and deliver successful outcomes
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
