Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Codethink, you will work with world-class organisations across industries such as electronics, finance, medical, and automotive. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are managed from inception through to successful delivery, staying within budget and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales process by managing engineering and project delivery inputs for bids
- Overseeing the delivery of multiple simultaneous customer projects—often highly complex technical engagements—both client-facing and internal investments
- Acting as a proactive member of account management teams to sustain or increase sales within client accounts
- Collaborating with Codethink colleagues to nurture and manage client relationships effectively
- Building and leading high-performing project teams
- Managing engineers on the project
- Overseeing project budgets
- Creating and maintaining project plans, risk logs, change requests and dependency logs

About the Role
This role requires close collaboration with technical teams and leads to ensure seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a sociable and confident individual with the ability to engage with diverse colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Key qualities include:
- The capability to handle pressure, uncertainty, and tight deadlines
- The willingness and aptitude to rapidly grasp new technical concepts
- A self-starter, highly organised, and practical approach
- Strong adaptability to fluctuating demands week-to-week
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience & Skills Required
- At least 3 years’ experience in software project management
- Experience in delivering technical software projects is ideal
- Working knowledge or experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with budget management for technical projects
- Experience in managing teams and individuals
