As Project Manager
You will lead and deliver a portfolio of projects across our Cheese, Butters, Spreads & Oils (BSO) and Plant-Based categories. Managing a mix of strategic innovation, line extensions, renovation, and value engineering initiatives, you’ll play a key role in bringing both retailer own brand (ROB) and Saputo Dairy UK branded products to market.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives, adapting priorities based on evolving commercial needs.
This is a fixed-term opportunity, offering exposure to a broad and dynamic product portfolio while covering a period of maternity leave.
Working Monday - Friday, this role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

- Leading cross-functional project teams, developing strong working practices and relationships between all functions to deliver the projects on time and in full.
- Being responsible for providing timely project updates into monthly innovation meetings.
- Influencing all project and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones are approved on time.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in prioritising the project pipeline to deliver the project portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
