Platform Reliability Engineer

Full-time

LOCATION

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to turn ideas into action. Someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to any initiative, no matter the scope or domain.

There’s no single project waiting for you. Instead, you’ll work across the business to scope, plan, and deliver everything from product rollouts to internal process builds. If you know how to keep things on track without slowing people down, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, track, and deliver cross-functional projects across teams and disciplines
  • Create project plans, timelines, and clear scopes based on business goals
  • Coordinate between product, design, engineering, legal, compliance, and operations
  • Identify risks early, communicate clearly, and keep things moving
  • Set up lightweight processes that support delivery without overcomplicating things
  • Report progress and blockers to leadership and adapt plans when priorities shift
  • Help the team stay focused on what matters most

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to lead delivery in cross-functional teams with competing priorities
  • Experience managing both technical and operational projects
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for making complex ideas clear to people with very different backgrounds
  • Confident presenting to executives, aligning teams, and resolving misunderstandings before they become problems
  • Extremely well organised, with a clear ability to bring order to ambiguity and structure to chaos
  • Strong ability to organise, delegate, and motivate others without micromanaging
  • Clear, concise documentation and an ability to maintain momentum without overcomplication
  • Solid working knowledge of modern project tools and delivery practices (Agile, Kanban, Notion, Asana, etc)
  • Confidence working independently and making progress without needing constant direction
  • Calm under pressure, decisive in the face of blockers, and always focused on outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
