An award-winning civil engineering and renewables contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support its continued growth. With a strong pipeline of secured work across renewable energy, rail infrastructure, and local authority frameworks, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with long-term stability and ambitious plans for the future.
This role offers far more than simply delivering projects. You'll have the autonomy to manage schemes from tender through to completion, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in the ongoing success of the business. Working across a diverse range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing projects from tender stage through to successful completion and handover.
- Planning and coordinating programmes, resources, budgets, and commercial performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Leading site teams to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.
- Visiting project sites as required.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager or Site Agent with a background in civil engineering, infrastructure, or renewables who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high-quality projects.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Strong commercial awareness and effective project planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
