Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager to join Digitas and help deliver connected experiences that bring brands and customers closer together. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of integrated campaigns, digital products and CRM initiatives for a major financial services client. Working across strategy, creative, technology and data, you will create clarity, momentum and confidence throughout the delivery process. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Create clear project plans that manage milestones, dependencies, risks and key decision points.
  • Align internal teams, clients and agency partners around shared goals, responsibilities and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-agency workstreams to ensure a seamless and connected client experience.
  • Facilitate productive meetings, workshops and delivery check-ins that keep projects moving forward.
  • Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, proactive updates and effective stakeholder management.
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, resources and delivery performance, ensuring strong commercial and operational oversight.

  • Experience managing digital, CRM, marketing or integrated campaign projects within an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organise multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders and building collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects and changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in regulated environments.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing scope, budgets, forecasts and resourcing considerations.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team collaboration.
