Concorde. Where Great People Do Great Work.

At Concorde, we believe great projects are delivered by great people working together.

We're a design, build and facilities management business delivering construction, refurbishment and reactive maintenance projects across the leisure, hospitality, commercial and public sectors.

Our reputation has been built on delivering quality work, building trusted client relationships and following through on our promises.

As our business continues to evolve, we're focused on creating an environment where people understand what's expected, work together effectively and take pride in delivering excellent results.

The Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Nottingham based team.

For this role, you’ll be responsible for running facilities management projects of various sizes, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

Working closely with colleagues, clients and our supply chain, you'll be responsible for balancing programme, quality, commercial performance and customer satisfaction while leading projects with professionalism and integrity.

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Delivering Successful Projects

  • Driving Delivery: Lead projects from pre-contract stage to completion, ensuring all work finishes on time and within budget.
  • Conducting Surveys: Carry out property surveys on hospitality buildings.
  • Managing the Programme: Create project programmes, track progress, spot problems early, and find smart solutions.
  • Tracking Costs: Boost commercial awareness on-site by keeping a close eye on labour costs alongside the QS team.

Leading People and Building Relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
