Project Manager - 12-month Contract – ServiceNow – Remote - £550 p/d (Outside IR35)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our global life sciences client with proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules. The role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is aligned with project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and organisational standards.
The successful candidate will develop project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions align with best practices and platform capabilities. They will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams.

The role will also involve managing risks and issues, tracking budgets and cost forecasts, allocating resources effectively, supporting change management activities, and providing regular project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements:
- ServiceNow project delivery experience
- Experience with ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules
- Full project lifecycle management
- Project planning, scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Budget and resource management
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Risk and issue management
- Working with ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and standards
- Experience providing project reporting and status updates
