Role Statement:
We are seeking a senior delivery leader to take ownership of the execution of the MHHS migration and cut-over, ensuring disciplined control, effective coordination, and successful delivery across the programme.
This role is being introduced later in the lifecycle pre cut-over. The primary focus will be to review the go-live plan, and then own and drive the day-to-day execution of it. Therefore, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring the programme remains on track.

It requires a collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the ability to align multiple parties while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.
The role is best positioned as a migration and cut-over execution lead. Experience within utilities or regulated environments will be advantageous, alongside a proven ability to manage high-pressure delivery phases and maintain control through critical milestones.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
