As part of Expleo’s continued growth strategy, we are looking for Project Managers to join our team to support customers in the Aerospace and Defence sectors.
The role will include planning and commercial modelling for bids in addition to the management of project(s) working with engineering technical leads covering multi-disciplinary Product Design solutions and services to our customers.
Responsibilities
Actively manage both risk and opportunities Manage a variety of complex projects and bids Act as primary point of contact for customers Report to Management on the progress and performance of the project Manage sub-contractors, ensuring flow through of customer requirements and supplier performance Manage all project stakeholders; ensuring strong communications are established and maintained Ensure a relevant Project Management Plan complete with resource plan are fully maintained Coaching and Mentoring of Junior Project Managers

Qualifications
Engineering or Business Degree/diploma would be advantageous (beneficial IPMA/Prince/APM/PMI qualified)
Essential Skills
Customer-focused balanced with recognising the need for governance Ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning and delivery orientation Full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification and developing capture plans and winning strategies
Experience
Experience in bids and projects.
