Project Manager

A career at KBR can change the world — and change your life. If you’re ready, let’s get started.

The KBR team of teams delivers future-forward science, technology and engineering solutions and mission-critical services that help governments and companies around the world accomplish their most important objectives, while also helping achieve their sustainability goals.

About the Role

The Project Manager is a key on-site, full-time role responsible for overseeing the delivery of defined programmes of work in line with contractual requirements and organisational objectives. The post holder will manage all aspects of project delivery, including contract administration, ensuring that activities are executed effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed standards and scope.

In addition to contract management, the Project Manager will ensure that operational outcomes are achieved through effective coordination, assurance, and governance across all aspects of delivery. This includes managing project risks and mitigation strategies, maintaining robust quality assurance processes, and providing technical and strategic advice to stakeholders as required.

The role operates within a dynamic delivery environment, requiring collaboration with project controls teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
