Role – Project Managers - Assistant to Senior Grade

Location – London & Oxford Offices
Team – HEST (Health, Education, Science & Technology)

We're expanding our HEST team (Health, Education, Science & Technology) across London and Oxford, and are looking for Project Managers from Assistant through to Senior to join us at a pivotal time.

  • Heritage and complex refurbishment projects across historic environments

This breadth means you won't be pigeonholed, you'll develop experience across multiple sectors while building genuine depth in HEST delivery.

Role Details

In this role, you'll take ownership of projects and workstreams appropriate to your level of experience, ranging from smaller technical schemes to major capital projects worth £5m to £60m+, supporting or leading them from inception through to completion.

You'll be trusted to:

  • Support or lead projects and client relationships, depending on your level
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Help drive delivery on complex, high-value schemes
  • Play a key role in shaping project outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience operating at Assistant PM, PM, or Senior PM level within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • A proven ability to support or lead projects end-to-end
  • Experience across relevant/transferrable sectors
  • Ideally, experience working with both NEC and JCT forms of contract
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Degree qualified (Project Management or a construction-related discipline)
  • Working towards (or interested in achieving) Chartership
