Your New Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple integrated marketing and creative projects, ensuring all work is delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.

You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and driving progress across a range of concurrent projects. Acting as the central point of contact, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and facilitate project kick-offs, planning sessions, status meetings, and reviews.

  • Leading the successful delivery of integrated marketing and creative projects.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Providing clear and regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues before they impact delivery.
  • Driving collaboration across Creative, Strategy, Production, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Supporting the continuous enhancement of project management processes and ways of working.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven project management experience within a marketing, creative, digital, or advertising environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

You will ideally have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years' project management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Experience delivering medium to high-complexity integrated marketing or creative projects from initiation through to completion.
  • A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities with experience managing risks, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative international environment.
