## **About the Role**
We are seeking a **highly motivated individual** with a passion for helping customers, a love for technology, and a drive for growth and development.
We are looking for an **experienced Project Manager** to lead the delivery of financial software solutions for our growing client base. In this role, you will:
- Own the **end-to-end project lifecycle** — from initiation through to successful **go-live**
- Act as the **primary point of contact** for clients, coordinating a team of consultants to deliver technical solutions
- Ensure projects are completed **on time, on budget**, and to the required quality
This is a **hands-on Digital Transformation** role in a dynamic **Sage Partner** environment. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, direct consultants, and ensure customer satisfaction within defined commercial boundaries.

## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Project Management & Delivery**
- Lead **end-to-end project planning**, including **resource scheduling, project reporting**, and status updates for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor **project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets** to ensure fiscal discipline
- Proactively manage **project controls**, including formal **change request processes**
- Assess, log, and communicate scope changes to maintain alignment with financial parameters
- Ensure adherence to **project frameworks** and maintain **comprehensive project documentation**
- **Meet deadlines** as per internal policies

Customer & Stakeholder engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support
- Proactively manage client relationships, setting clear expectations and providing transparent communication
- Resolve issues promptly in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and feedback sharing
Team & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate and direct a team of consultants for technical deliveries, ensuring:
- Work assignments are clear and mitigating risks from dependencies
- Quality standards are met
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Guide the team in maintaining consistent delivery quality and best practices
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ years of project management or equivalent delivery experience
- Preference for PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP certification, or equivalent (or willing to work towards it)
- Demonstrable experience managing similar projects within financial/software implementation environments

Skills & Competencies
- Extremely customer-focused with a track record of excellent service
- Strong resource and diary management capabilities
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
- Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira)
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to self-directed learning and professional growth, including staying updated with finance/software industry developments
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
