Project Manager

Project Manager – Connectivity/ IT

(Partnered with Marlink at Holt Executive)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated connectivity, communications, and IT solutions from contract award through to deployment and operational handover. This critical role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a commitment to on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines, reporting proactively on issues and variances.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, support) to meet project milestones.
  • Act as the primary customer liaison, maintaining clear communication throughout project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation planning across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate project accounting, including cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, such as solution scoping and proposal input.
  • Adhere to best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technical, IT, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clarity and efficiency.
  • Financial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control, and project accounting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Familiarity with satellite communications, IT infrastructure, or telecommunications.
  • Experience working in multi-regional or global project environments.
