East Midlands | Hybrid Working | 1 Day Per Week Onsite

A growing healthcare technology organisation is seeking a Project Manager to join its delivery team and help implement innovative digital solutions that improve how healthcare organisations operate.

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in projects that support frontline healthcare professionals, operational teams and ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes. You'll work closely with healthcare stakeholders, customers and internal teams to deliver successful implementations and drive long-term adoption of new technology.

Why This Role?

This is not a traditional project management position focused solely on plans, reports and governance. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team where everyone has visibility, influence and ownership. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape delivery approaches, contribute ideas and work directly with senior leaders in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

The Role

You will lead the delivery and implementation of technology projects within healthcare settings, ensuring customers achieve value from the solutions being deployed.

Responsibilities Include

  • Managing projects from initiation through to successful deployment.
  • Building trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders, operational teams and end users.
  • Developing clear delivery plans and managing competing priorities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
  • Gathering and documenting customer requirements.
  • Supporting onboarding, training and change management activities.
  • Leading post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
