Role Title: Project Manager
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: GBP70,000 : GBP75,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Car Allowance / Package
Are you an ambitious Project Manager with Tier 1 experience looking to step up, take full ownership of major projects, and fast-track your career?
On behalf of a dynamic, highly respected main contractor, we are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead key leisure, commercial, and hospitality schemes across Tonbridge and the wider regional market.
The Opportunity
You will take end-to-end ownership of major schemes from pre-construction through to final handover. Because of our client's ambitious growth plans, this position offers high internal visibility and strong, structured avenues for long-term career advancement.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial, leisure, and hospitality schemes to strict Tier 1 standards.
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative with public sector bodies, local stakeholders, design teams, and sub-contractors.
- Oversee commercial control, programming, procurement, and risk management.
- Lead, mentor, and empower on-site delivery teams to ensure outstanding quality, safety, and project performance.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Proven track record delivering Leisure, Commercial, or Hospitality projects.
- Direct background working with or for a Tier 1 Contractor.
- Polished, client-facing communication skills with experience navigating Public Sector frameworks and stakeholders.
Required Tickets/Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and a Degree/HND in Construction Management (or equivalent).
