Project Manager
Project Manager – Utilities and Infrastructure

The Role: Project Manager
You will:
- Lead project delivery from conception through execution to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to maintain strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Monitor progress against budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks, mitigating variances and risks.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing demand across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and industry standards in all work produced.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies; proactively address issues and changes.
- Drive continuous improvement, refining our methodologies and process efficiencies.
- Lead a team, fostering growth and performance through mentorship and line management.
- Champion the adoption of internal systems and tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives, embedding lessons learned for future projects.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Engage stakeholders transparently, maintaining clear communication aligned with objectives.
- Align project outputs with business strategy while achieving client-specific goals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure or delivery-focused environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through other roles.
- Strong communication skills, with experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Numeracy and financial acumen, including budget oversight and cost management.
- Highly organisational traits, with exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset, able to navigate challenges and find optimal solutions.
