About the Role
• End-to-end event delivery
- Manage advisory boards, internal conferences, standalone events, and projects for **healthcare professionals (HCP)**
- Supervise the entire process from briefing to post-event reporting
• HCP Engagement & Compliance
- Oversee contracts, honoraria, ToV (Terms of Use) reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant standards
• Client & Stakeholder Management
- Function as the primary point of contact for internal teams and HCPs
- Facilitate logistics, travel arrangements, and communication on events

• Commercials
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage purchase orders and budgets
- Build and reconcile post-event financials with precision
• On-Site Delivery
- Actively participate and ensure delivery to perfection on-site
Requirements
• Corporate event experience - Must have worked either agency-side or in-house roles - Prefer candidates with experience in the pharma or life sciences sector
• Proven project management & delivery skills - Track record of managing complex programs independently - Ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly—multitasking is essential
• Strong client management skills - Comfortable nurturing long-term relationships with senior internal stakeholders - Skilled at connecting and maintaining strong rapport with external HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)

The Detail

Loc حيثatial requirements: • Work from our office in London / Middlesex • Hybrid model: 3 days per week in-office, 2 days per week WFH (work from home)

Tenure: • This role initially on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for 1 year • Potential for conversion to a permanent role

Compensation: • Salary range: £48,000 – £52,000 per annum
