Saints are currently looking for a client-facing Project Manager looking to step up to a Senior role.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work with global leading brands within the beauty and fragrance space, joining a very successful agency based on the SE London / Surrey borders.
We are looking for someone that is a hybrid Account / Project Manager with experience of working within design and production for fast-paced fit-outs, retail, events, exhibitions, interiors, or similar.
Please note: This role is office-based for at least 4 days a week and therefore you must be able to commute to their location in the Kingston area.
The day-to-day:
- Design project and production management.
- Resolving customer issues to their satisfaction.
- Overseeing prototyping and managing production of large bespoke live projects, whether being produced in-house or externally.
- Acting as the primary link between the Design and Fabrication departments and the wider project management team to ensure that live projects are communicated effectively and efficiently, through the factory and that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Receiving briefs from clients/staff and interpreting them into fabrication orders.
- Taking ownership of fabrication projects and ensuring that the correct departments are fully consulted, informed, engaged with, and are instructed.
- Attending installs and managing on-site builds, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
- Ensuring Health and Safety policies are followed.

Requirements:
- You must have Account, Project, Production, or Studio Management experience and an added bonus would be experience in graphic design, OOH campaigns, events, exhibitions, retail design, experiential, store planning, merchandising, interiors, architecture, fabrication, structural design, etc.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years' commercial experience working within a creative / design / print organizational role.
- This role suits a methodical and highly organized multi-tasker with an unflappable and adaptable approach and a true love for retail and interior design.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to ensuring effective coordination of high-quality work while under the pressures of time and budgets and crucially you must have knowledge of managing the tracking of workflow, projects, or budgets.
