Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Fleet Collaboration, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Fleet Collaboration programme, working closely with stakeholders across both projects to maximise efficiency, capture lessons learned, and unlock value through effective collaboration.

You will contribute to the management of collaboration activities, performance reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to drive measurable benefits for both projects.

- Drive effective collaboration between two nuclear infrastructure programs, facilitating the secure and efficient sharing of knowledge, data and best practices.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver value across the fleet, including the utilisation of shared technologies.
- Support the development and implementation of the Fleet learning strategy, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied to improve safety, reduce costs and enhance programme delivery.
- Support the management of the Collaboration Agreement, helping to maximise the benefits of replication and collaboration across both projects.
- Develop, monitor and report on key collaboration performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring contractual commitments and programme objectives are achieved.
- Provide performance insights and reporting to support governance forums and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain effective processes and controls to ensure collaboration activities remain aligned with regulatory, operational and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across both projects.
- Act as a key interface between both projects.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
