Job Description

This position is responsible for performing essential duties and functions to establish an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract, ensuring safety, quality, value, timeliness, and fluor profitability of the completed project. The role is accountable for all project management responsibilities on a medium to large-sized, moderate-risk engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) or services project, or managing a substantial area of a mega project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Form part of a project team under a master Services Agreement (MSA), working on onshore and offshore projects.
  • Lead a team in developing offshore scope workorders.
  • Develop workorder proposals for offshore scopes of work released under the agreed terms of the MSA.
  • Lead the successful delivery of offshore projects across all phases: front-end (FEED), engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure strong focus on HSE, quality, cost, and schedule performance throughout project execution.
  • Support the Project Director in delivering projects in line with contractual, commercial, and execution baselines.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, project baselines, and key procedures.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, collaboration, and timely payments from clients.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, subcontractors, vendors).
  • Oversee project controls, including planning, cost management, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide accurate and transparent communication of project status and forecast of most probable outcomes to support office & corporate reporting.
  • Lead and develop project teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-driven culture.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study, plus eight years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and experience amounting to twelve years for those without a degree.
  • A minimum of five years in project management roles on offshore projects.
  • Proven experience in executing projects of $10–50 million or greater.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Solid technical understanding relevant to project execution.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team and matrix organization, drawing on personnel from a wider MSA team.
  • Experience in distributed/workshare project execution frameworks.
