Project Manager
Project Manager – Edinburgh
An established independent property and construction consultancy is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join its expanding Edinburgh team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, regeneration, and mixed-use developments. You’ll guide projects from conception through to successful completion in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
The Role
- Deliver construction projects from inception to completion
- Serve as the principal point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, and reporting
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Forge strong client relationships and contribute to team growth

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS Chartered status is essential
- Proven experience within the built environment, preferably in a property or construction consultancy
- Experience delivering construction projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Confident interpersonal skills for managing clients and stakeholders
- Commercial acumen, paired with strong organisational and communication abilities
- NEC contract experience is advantageous
