Project Manager

Project Manager – Edinburgh

An established independent property and construction consultancy is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join its expanding Edinburgh team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, regeneration, and mixed-use developments. You’ll guide projects from conception through to successful completion in a collaborative, client-focused environment.


The Role

  • Deliver construction projects from inception to completion
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, and reporting
  • Support procurement and contract administration
  • Forge strong client relationships and contribute to team growth

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS Chartered status is essential
  • Proven experience within the built environment, preferably in a property or construction consultancy
  • Experience delivering construction projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Confident interpersonal skills for managing clients and stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen, paired with strong organisational and communication abilities
  • NEC contract experience is advantageous
